  • Outpatient treatment of Substance Use Disorders. Although Dr. Quinones is educated, trained, experienced and Board Certified in Addiction Medicine; often referred to as Addiction Psychiatry, Dr. Quinones is not a psychiatrist.
  • Group meetings every week. Currently every Wednesday night from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. (currently on hold)
  • Witnessed urine and oral drug testing collection.  Available for businesses.                         Point-of-Care Urine drug screens and definitive laboratory analysis using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and/or Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) available.
  • Psychosocial counseling, therapy, and psychiatric referrals. 
  • Referrals to other addiction specialists, rehabilitation, treatment centers.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), combines behavioral therapy and medications to treat substance use disorders.

Use of Cannabis Products Certification, with evaluations (pursuant to VA. CODE §54.1-3408.3) for patients, virtual, and walk-ins. Our practitioner is registered with the VA Board of Pharmacy to offer recommendations and options for the use of cannabis products.  VA dispensaries carefully curate the best, consistent, regularly tested, safe cannabis products.
