  • Outpatient treatment of Substance Use Disorders. Although Dr. Quinones is educated, trained, experienced and Board Certified in Addiction Medicine; often referred to as Addiction Psychiatry, Dr. Quinones is not a psychiatrist.
  • Group meetings every week. Currently every Wednesday night from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
  • Witnessed urine and oral drug testing collection.  Available for businesses.                         All samples are sent out for definitive laboratory analysis using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and/or Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS).
  • Psychosocial counseling, therapy, and psychiatric referrals. 
  • Referrals to other addiction specialists, rehabilitation, treatment centers.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), combines behavioral therapy and medications to treat substance use disorders.

CBD THC-A Certification for qualified patients needing alternative treatment. CBD THC-A certificates offer an "affirmative defense" to patients in possession of CBD oil with THC up to 5%, obtained from one of the Virginia Board of Pharmacy approved five companies dispensaries — one in each of the commonwealth’s five health service areas.
